Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, with an emphasis on providing high-quality pharmaceutical services in a clinical setting. The Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.

Duties

Review and interpret medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of therapy.
Provide expert advice on medication administration, including dosages, side effects, and interactions.
Conduct patient consultations to assess their medication needs and provide counselling on proper usage.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient interactions in compliance with legal requirements.
Stay updated on advancements in pharmacology, treatment protocols, and best practices in patient care.

Experience

A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education and support.
