We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our high-performing team at Bath Volkswagen This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, builds rapport with ease, and is motivated to deliver exceptional results. Beyond achieving sales targets, you will play a crucial role in customer retention—ensuring every Audi owner feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their entire ownership journey.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Volkswagen, guiding customers through every step of their purchase—from first enquiry to handover of their new vehicle. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, delivering an outstanding experience, and achieving sales success through a structured, premium approach.

You will:

Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service
Follow a consistent and customer-centric sales process
Identify customer needs and support them through the entire buying journey
Work toward agreed sales targets, proactively following up on leads and enquiries

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who:

Thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in achieving results
Listens attentively and shows a genuine interest in customer needs
Has an approachable, engaging, and professional manner
Is enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven to meet—and exceed—sales targets
Have a minimum of 2 years motor trade sales experience
Is passionate about the Volkswagen brand and delivering a truly premium customer experience
