Commune Café — Barista & Sandwich Maker
Commune Café is looking for a talented and passionate Barista with a love of food
and hospitality to join our team. We’re a café serving the local community — think
exceptional coffee and tea, freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, toasties and cakes,
and the kind of warm, genuine hospitality that keeps people coming back. This role is
as much about guest experience as it is about coffee and food preparation, so if you
thrive in a busy, people-focused environment and take pride in everything you put in
front of a customer, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll be the heart of our café — crafting specialty espresso drinks, preparing and
serving our food offer, and helping to maintain a smooth, enjoyable experience for
every customer. This is a hands-on role that spans both front-of-house and light
kitchen prep, so versatility and a positive attitude are key.
