Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Bristol Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s time on site. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service experience from start to finish.

Duties

Acting as the main contact for customers during their service or repair visit.
Managing all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
Liaising across departments to provide accurate and competitive quotes for required work.
Checking in and handing over vehicles, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate.
Ensuring all activities meet Volkswagen’s brand and service standards.

Qualifications

Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions and workshop scheduling.
Experience in a customer-focused role — ideally within the automotive industry
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
