Door Supervisor – Nightclubs & Bars

Pay Rate: From £14.25 per hour

We are currently recruiting professional and reliable Door Supervisors to work at busy nightclubs, bars, and licensed venues.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
Monitoring venue entry and exit points
Checking identification and enforcing venue policies
Managing incidents professionally and effectively
Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
Working closely with venue management and other security team members

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong conflict management and customer service skills
Previous experience in the security or hospitality sector is desirable but not essential
