Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IFA Senior Administrator to join our dynamic financial services team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service. Your proactive approach, organizational skills, and comprehensive understanding of financial planning processes will drive efficiency and contribute to delivering outstanding financial solutions for our clients. Duties

Manage and coordinate the administrative activities related to client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Prepare detailed report writing, analysis documents, and correspondence for internal teams and clients
Assist with financial planning documentation, including data collection, verification, and updating client records
Support the IFA team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing client appointments using Microsoft Outlook
Maintain and update records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other IT tools to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
Conduct analysis of client portfolios and prepare reports to support financial advice sessions

Experience

Proven administrative experience within the financial services sector or a related field
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately
Excellent report writing capabilities with attention to detail and clarity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant IT applications
Knowledge of financial planning processes and terminology is highly desirable
Exceptional communication skills for liaising effectively with clients, team members, and external partners
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
Experience in customer service roles within a professional environment is preferred
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services will be advantageous
