About The Role

Join Our Team as a Complex Care team Leader – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Bradford On Avon, Wiltshire.

Pay: £20.55 per hour

Hours: 10 Per week over one day

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a lady who has complex needs due to Cornelia De Lange syndrome, including communication difficulties, partial sight, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

She lives in her own home with a support team 24/7, she is active, energetic, loves spending time outdoors and enjoys sensory activities. Your role will be to support her physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.

What We’re Looking For

Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a female support worker with:

A genuine passion for care and making a difference
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
Reliable, committed, and flexible approach
Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and his family.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and supporting a team of support workers
Monitoring condition
Support with daily/nightly routines
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
Administer medication and monitor health
Provide emotional support and companionship
Maintain accurate care records
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
