Property Services Senior Administrator

Location: Lewes

Salary: £26,587 per year
Hours: 37 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a Senior Property Services Administrator to support and oversee the day-to-day administration of our busy Property Services team, acting as a subject matter expert across Southdown’s property repairs, maintenance and compliance functions.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of contractor invoices, client recharges, monthly accruals and year-end financial reconciliations.
The role includes monitoring contractor performance against agreed KPIs and coordinating the administration of Southdown’s property compliance programmes.
You will provide day-to-day supervision and support to two job-sharing Property Services Administrators, helping to ensure a high-quality and efficient service is delivered.
As a designated credit card holder, you will manage authorised purchases in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What you’ll need for the role

Good understanding of common property repairs and defects.
Experience working within the housing, property or maintenance sector.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experience providing high-quality customer service to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and support a busy team environment.
