Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and proactive Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the property industry, utilising strong organisational and communication skills to deliver outstanding service. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a passion for real estate and customer service.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, and selling properties by providing detailed information and personalised advice
Prepare and review documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations
Develop and nurture relationships with clients, sellers and buyers
Organise appointments, manage schedules efficiently, and follow up on leads or enquiries promptly
Support marketing efforts by creating engaging listings and promotional materials for properties

Requirements

Proven record of high performance, hitting targets and being self-sufficient
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail
A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of local property laws and market conditions is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
