Job Summary

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
Develop and implement creative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences.

Enforce strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced food production or restaurant environment.

Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Background in hospitality management or related fields is highly desirable.
