Location: Notcutts, Norwich NR46QP
Contract type: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 12 hours per week. Flexibility is required throughout the 7 day week.
Salary: £13 per hour

At Weird Fish, we create distinctive, feel-good clothing for everyday adventures. We are looking for a confident and dependable Retail Sales Assistant to take ownership of our concession within Notcutts Norwich.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will largely work independently - perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in high standards and thrives on being trusted to manage their own space.

The Role - What you’ll be doing

Deliver warm, engaging customer service and tailored product advice
Drive sales through confident, proactive conversations
Maintain strong visual merchandising standards
Process deliveries, replenish stock and manage availability
Keep the concession organised, inviting and brand-aligned
Work closely with your Area Manager to achieve targets

You will be based within a busy garden centre environment, representing Weird Fish with energy and professionalism while managing day-to-day operations independently.

What we are looking for

We are keen to hear from individuals who can demonstrate:

Previous retail or customer-facing experience
A confident, approachable manner
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to work weekends
Concession or merchandising experience is helpful but not essential.
