Part time administrative assistant

What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a confident, approachable and friendly assistant to join our administration team.

The successful candidate’s duties will include:

Greeting visitors to the facility and offering help immediately
Answering the telephone and taking messages
Meeting and greeting clients
Assisting various departments with administrative tasks as necessary
New client liaison assistant:

- Updating the client database and maintaining records

- Chasing outstanding information

- Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs

- Making sure filing deadlines are met

Skills & Personal Qualities required:

· Previous experience working in an office / professional environment would be preferable

· Good communication and people skills

· Confident

· Approachable

· Trustworthy

· Friendly

· Reliable

21 hours per week

Occasional overtime to be included

Benefits:

40 days holiday (pro rata)
Annual bonus
