About the Role

Registered Service Managers play a vital role in shaping the quality of care and support we deliver. We’re currently looking for an experienced manager to lead one of our residential services in Trowbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established service and shape its next phase of development. You’ll have the autonomy to bring fresh ideas, strengthen ways of working, and build on existing foundations to further enhance quality and outcomes.

The service is ready for a leader who can make it their own someone who is visible, supportive, and confident in guiding a team forward. This role offers the opportunity to embed consistency and introduce new approaches that continue to improve the experience for both the team and the people we support.

You’ll be joining a large, established team and will play a key role in:

We’re looking for someone who leads from the front visible, approachable, and confident in managing. You’ll also bring fresh thinking, particularly around activities, community engagement, and improving outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service. This includes leading and developing your team, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining strong working relationships with families and professionals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced and confident leader who understands the demands of managing a complex service. You’ll be resilient, proactive, and comfortable leading change where needed.

To be successful, you will have:

Experience in a care management role
A good understanding of CQC and regulatory standards
A passion for developing teams and improving services
Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

Most importantly, you’ll be passionate about people both those you support and the teams you lead.
