Experienced Support Worker - young people

Location: Warminster

Salary: From £29,304 per annum PLUS additional £3k - £6k per annum for sleep ins.

Full time working long days and sleep in.

FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL

We are looking for a resilient and confident person with experience supporting young people who have complex emotional difficulties, Autism and ADHD and present challenging behaviours. You would be a strong and inspirational role model with the ability to set boundaries and build a trusting relationship by using a positive, therapeutic approach.

The role can be challenging and you could be handling difficult situations BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.

What do you need?

We need strong roll models, confident and highly resilient with the ability to build trusting relationships
Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
Experience and qualifications in supporting young people in residential care, challenging behaviours, substance misuse, youth work, criminology or vulnerable people
Ability to remain calm during sometimes challenging situations.
Full UK Driving licence is essential.
You need to be able to work flexibly including long days and sleeps.
