Job Summary - TEMPORARY ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Assistant to join our quality assurance team.

This role would ideally suit a student looking for Temporary work during the summer break.

The successful candidate will support the inspection and testing processes to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about quality control and continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position is paid and suitable for those eager to develop their skills in quality assurance.

Duties

Assist in conducting inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
Support the documentation of quality checks, test results, and non-conformance reports accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of inspection areas and testing equipment.
Assist in preparing reports and presenting findings to senior QA staff.
Support ongoing training initiatives related to quality standards and procedures.

Skills

Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in basic data entry and report writing using standard office software.
