Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised Delivery Scheduler / Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the movement of specialist medical equipment across the UK.

You will play a key role in ensuring efficient routing, excellent customer communication, and smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule deliveries, installations, and collections
Coordinate routes to maximise efficiency
Liaise with customers to confirm and manage bookings
Work closely with drivers and internal teams
Monitor delivery progress and respond to issues
Maintain accurate scheduling records

About You

Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in logistics or coordination (preferred)
Confident using IT systems
Physically fit (heavy lifting may be required)
