Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead to oversee and enhance our care systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering continuous improvement across production processes. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong analysis skills and expertise in supported living and the care industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance protocols in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process optimisation.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Manage documentation related to quality control activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Investigate customer complaints or product recalls, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in quality assurance.

Experience

Proven experience in a quality assurance role within the care sector
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring teams.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent is desirable.
Effective communication skills, capable of training staff and liaising with regulatory bodies. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional committed to maintaining high standards of quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
