Full job description

This is a hybrid work from office/work from home role with full training provided. Note that our office is located in South Oxfordshire. (Max 4 days WFH after training).

It is the perfect opportunity for anyone that has experience in the mortgage, investment, property or commercial finance sector.

Holtram TLPI engages solely with the directors of SME companies. This means that FCA permissions are not required resulting in reduced compliance and regulatory controls.

Included in the £65,000* income is basic salary, commission, bonus and after year 1 trail commission paid monthly, relevant to the size of your client base.

Our clients are mid-high net worth company directors/owners and all inbound leads are provided to our consultants equally via our bespoke digital marketing system.

Working with Holtram TLPI clients will expand your knowledge of finance, property, property investing, property taxation, property taxation and investment planning.

All training is provided and take place during the first 4-6 weeks.

There is huge earning potential and therefore expectations to successfully fulfil the role include:

To promote and advise on commercial loans, wealth planning strategies (training provided) the asset class of property, loan and crowdfunding.

To deliver professional 1-2-1 webinars by Zoom or Teams to our high-net-worth clients using our investment presentation.

To drive revenues and other commercial objectives through long-term and proactive relationship management with new and existing clients based on trust and distinctive service.

Provide holistic advice to support the achievement of the client’s business and personal financial objectives using our niche investment strategies.

To be responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients where you will be given your own leads.

To work closely with colleagues, to ensure the quality delivery of advice and support is provided to clients.

To conduct your business in accordance with company requirements.

To ensure you are fully aware of the legislative and internal compliance procedures relating to the role and that you act in accordance with those procedures at all times.

Ultimately you will be helping our clients grow their wealth using our unique investment strategies.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in the finance or property sector.

*£65,000 is the OTE for year 2 following training and the development of your own client base. Year 1 earnings are targeted for £45,000 - £50,000.
