As our Reformer Pilates service continues to grow across Hertfordshire, we're looking for passionate individuals to help shape it.
Whether you're a Sports Therapist, Sports Rehabilitator, Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, Reformer Instructor, or a student looking to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
We are particularly interested in people who are:
- A Sports Therapist or Sports Rehabilitator looking to learn Reformer Pilates.
- A Physiotherapy student wanting valuable experience within a leading MSK practice.
- A qualified Mat Pilates Instructor who wants to become a Reformer Instructor.
- An experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor looking to work alongside an expert clinical team.
- Passionate about movement, rehabilitation and helping people move better.
No Reformer Qualification?
No problem.
If you're the right person, we'll train you ourselves.
Our in-house Reformer Pilates training programme has been developed by our experienced Head of Pilates and is designed to give you the confidence and skills to become an outstanding instructor within a clinical environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll primarily deliver small-group and individual Reformer Pilates sessions designed to help clients:
- Recover from injury.
- Improve strength and movement.
- Build confidence.
- Prevent future problems.
- Improve health, wellbeing and performance.
Depending on your experience and career goals, there will also be opportunities to:
- Shadow our experienced physiotherapists.
- Work alongside our multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Complete placements (for Physiotherapy students).
- Progress into wider clinical responsibilities as your experience grows.
This is an opportunity to become part of an integrated healthcare team.
