Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and food production, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion meat products in accordance with quality and quantity standards
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all meat products
- Operate and maintain butcher equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production schedules
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butchery area
- Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed

Experience
- Proven experience working as a Butcher in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cuts of meat
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £14.50 per hour
