Forget the standard, quiet desk job. We are looking for a brilliant Meetings and Events Sales Coordinator to be the driving force behind our bookings and our VWorks coworking space. If you love the thrill of converting an enquiry into a massive event, and have the razor-sharp administrative skills to back it up, we need to talk. You will be dealing with everything from meeting planners to weddings, driving new business, and keeping our coworking members incredibly happy.

Your Working Week: What You’ll Actually Be Doing
As our M&E Sales Coordinator, you are the ultimate multitasker. We trust you to handle:
The Booking Journey: Handling incoming enquiries professionally by phone, email, or in person, and converting them into confirmed bookings for weddings, corporate functions, and major events.
VWorks Coworking Champion: Driving membership sales, upholding the terms of club usage, managing the monthly BACS payment administration, and keeping our VWorks members engaged and supported.
Admin & Accuracy: Issuing accurate proposals and contracts on time, maintaining strict data integrity in our booking systems, and posting revenues correctly to comply with audits.
Proactive Hustle: Researching local leads, following up on prospects, understanding exactly what our competitors are doing, and smashing those sales targets.
