Account Manager

£45,000 pa + Bonus Structure

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sector Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is focused on developing and expanding existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the market sector.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, acting as a trusted partner to clients, and contributing to the ongoing success of the business in an exciting and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and develop existing accounts by introducing new products and services
Identify, target, and onboard new customers within your sector
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies
Manage day-to-day quotations and order requirements
Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations and delivery teams
Maintain and update product listings and requirements on the online ordering portal
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events
Stay ahead of industry trends, legislation, and market developments
Research customer needs to support new product development opportunities
Proactively identify and break into new accounts
Deliver revenue growth in line with company targets
Report directly to the Sales Director

About You

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of:
Growing existing accounts
Winning and onboarding new business
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
Confident in pitching products and services
Highly motivated, driven, and results-focused
Able to balance both proactive business development and reactive account management
Demonstrates hunger, humility, and intelligence in approach
Aligned with company values and culture
Ambition and capability to progress into a leadership role in the future
