Job Summary

We’re looking for an organised, reliable and digitally confident individual to join our growing team as a Digital Content & Website Administrator.

This is a varied role combining website administration, content management, data accuracy and basic video editing. A large part of your day will involve reviewing and maintaining information across our online platforms, so attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently are essential.

You’ll also assist our wider content team with basic video editing and preparation of digital content when required.

You don’t need years of experience or formal qualifications. We’re much more interested in finding someone who is organised, dependable, comfortable using computers and willing to learn. Full training on our systems and processes will be provided.

Duties:

Reviewing and maintaining information across our websites and internal systems
Checking online content daily to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Adding, updating and removing online listings/content when required
Identifying missing, incorrect or outdated information and correcting it
Uploading and managing images and other digital assets
Carrying out daily quality-control checks
Keeping accurate internal records of completed checks and outstanding issues
Basic video editing and preparing videos for online/social media use
Assisting the content team with digital content when required
General website and digital administration
Reporting technical issues or discrepancies to the relevant team member
Working to a structured daily workflow to ensure tasks are completed consistently

You'll be a good fit if you:

Have excellent attention to detail
Are comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
Can work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Are organised and able to follow structured processes
Can work independently and take responsibility for completing daily tasks
Are comfortable learning new websites, software and online systems
Have basic video editing skills or an interest in learning
Have a good understanding of social media and digital content
Are reliable, punctual and consistent
Aren’t afraid to flag something when it doesn’t look right

What We Offer:

Monday–Friday working week between 10AM and 6PM
No weekend shifts
Full training provided

Previous experience in website administration, content management, data entry, social media or video editing would be beneficial, but isn’t essential. Training will be provided.

Pay: £10.85-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
