Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and personable individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. In this lively role, you will be the face of our venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently serving drinks and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle payments securely
Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the bar well-stocked and inviting
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
Effective time management to prioritise tasks during high-volume shifts
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
