Full job description

Northern Lights, the craft beer jewel of the Ormeau Road are looking for passionate, energetic assistant manager who wants to work in a fun bar, and support the General Manager in leading a great team!

Duties:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and floor area, as well as back of house
- Lead, train and develop yourself and all other members of the team to raise the level of service in the bar
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation for both drinks and food
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer concerns or inquiries
- Assist with event preparations as required

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette for bookings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or bar setting is required.
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with other staff members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures required.

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

Pay: From £27,500.00 per year
