Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Brand: Aloft Hotels | Residence Inn by Marriott
Schedule: Full-Time

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to assist in the ongoing success of the dual-branded Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott in Belfast’s iconic Titanic Quarter.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your career in of two of Marriott’s most dynamic brands—Aloft, known for its bold design and social energy, and Residence Inn, crafted for longer stays and residential comfort—in one vibrant destination.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Reservations Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and can provide an excellent booking experience by responding promptly to inquiries, maximising room sales, and delivering friendly and professional customer service

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online systems in a timely and professional manner
Process bookings accurately using the Property Management System (PMS)
Upsell room types and promote hotel services to maximise revenue
Respond to guest inquiries about rates, availability, and hotel facilities
Liaise with the front office and revenue teams to ensure accuracy of bookings and special requests
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and local area
Manage group reservations and update rooming lists as required
Follow all company procedures, including GDPR and data protection compliance
Monitor daily arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows, and communicate effectively with other departments
Assist with reporting and reservation audits when required

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or a Senior Front Office associate in a branded hotel environment.
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Highly organised with an eye for detail and a calm demeanour under pressure.
Committed to fostering a welcoming, guest-first culture.
