What you will do

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. In this role, you will work closely with landlords and tenants to understand their needs and deliver a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlord clients, supporting them in achieving their property investment goals
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, including scheduling routine maintenance and coordinating emergency repairs
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring a smooth tenancy experience. Maintain up-to-date tenancy documentation, renew tenancies as needed and manage the end of tenancy process
Ensure all properties comply with current legal and safety standards
Prepare pre-tenancy inventories and end of tenancy reports and conduct routine inspections during occupancy

What We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a friendly professional who enjoys building relationships with clients and has a working knowledge of residential property gained from employment or study in real estate or building

This is a full time with working hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours) however a candidate able to work long part time hours will be considered and some flexibility offered

Requirements

Experience managing rental properties or an understanding of the lettings process & tenancy law & regulation
Familiar with property maintenance and the ability to identify and resolve common defects and arrange repairs and routine maintenance.
Prepare accurate inventories pre tenancy, conduct property visits during occupancy and end of tenancy check out reports
Competent user of the usual office software as well as inventory and estate agency apps
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
The role requires travel between properties. Applicants must be able to travel independently and reliably to carry out property inspections and viewings
