Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary teams across a number of outlets. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and team management to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Duties

Lead and supervise the kitchen teams to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation consistently.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring efficient preparation, cooking, and serving of menu items.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards while catering to customer preferences.
Enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations across all kitchen activities.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
Collaborate with management to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant environment.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to inspire staff.
Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on culinary excellence within hospitality settings.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in restaurant operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and management seamlessly.
