Are you a digital marketer who can do more than just post on social media?
Can you drive leads, improve websites, manage campaigns, create content, understand data and help a growing business get seen by more of the right customers?
Welcome to Airquee – Europe’s largest and most respected inflatable manufacturer – and we’re looking for a confident, creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Leicester.
About the Role
This is a hands-on marketing role with a strong focus on digital growth.
You’ll be responsible for helping drive enquiries, sales, brand awareness and customer engagement across Airquee and our sister brand, Airparx.
The main push of this role is digital marketing, including:
- Website performance
- SEO
- Paid advertising
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Content creation
- CRM activity
- Lead generation
- Campaign reporting
But this is also a wider marketing manager role.
You’ll help:
- Plan campaigns
- Organise content
- Support product launches
- Improve brand consistency
- Work with the sales team
- Ensure marketing activity is joined up, commercial and delivers results
This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage from a distance.
We need someone who can think strategically, but also get stuck in and make things happen.
Airquee has a clear plan to double the business over the next five years, with the goal of growing to over £25 million turnover per year. To do that, our marketing and digital activity needs to move to a new level.
This role will be key to that.
You’ll work closely with the Group Managing Director, helping make fast-paced decisions, shape campaigns, improve our digital performance and push the business forward.
You’ll also manage a small marketing team of two people, helping organise priorities, improve output and ensure the team is focused on activity that drives results.
As we exhibit across the UK, Europe and further afield, there will also be opportunities to travel, support major trade shows and be part of the wider growth of the Airquee and Airparx brands.
For the right person, this is a great long-term career opportunity in a business with big plans and a product range that is genuinely fun to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading digital marketing activity across Airquee and Airparx
- Managing and improving our websites to drive more enquiries and sales
- Planning and delivering email campaigns, product launches and promotional activity
- Improving SEO performance across product pages, blogs and key landing pages
- Managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Creating content plans for social media, email, website and campaigns
- Working with the sales team to support lead generation and customer follow-up
- Helping improve conversion rates from website traffic and marketing campaigns
- Managing social media output and ensuring content is consistent, regular and engaging
- Using data to track performance, report on results and improve future activity
- Supporting brochures, flyers, PDFs, adverts, graphics and other marketing materials
- Helping plan videos, product content, case studies and customer stories
- Managing brand tone, message and consistency across all marketing channels
- Working closely with the Group Managing Director on marketing direction and campaign decisions
- Managing and supporting a small marketing team of two people
- Helping take Airquee and Airparx’s digital marketing and lead generation to the next level
- Supporting the company’s five-year growth plan to exceed £25 million turnover
- Supporting trade shows, open days, launches and key business events
- Representing the business at trade shows and exhibitions in the UK and internationally
- Working with internal teams, designers, suppliers and agencies where required
- Keeping marketing activity organised, planned and moving forward
