We are looking for an organised and reliable Accounts & Contracts Administrator to support our busy construction team.

Key Responsibilities

Processing sales and purchase invoices.
Assisting with applications for payment and valuations.
Logging and tracking contract invoices across multiple projects and properties.
Preparing framework returns.
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries.
Maintaining accurate financial and project records.
Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, suppliers, and customers.
Supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager with day-to-day finance administration.
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction business and develop your skills within a varied and fast-paced role.
