Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children within a nurturing and stimulating environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about child development and management to make a positive impact on young lives. Duties

Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development across all areas including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages children’s curiosity and learning
Support children with their individual needs, ensuring personalised care plans are implemented effectively
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in care and educational approaches
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress and any concerns
Lead small groups of children during activities, promoting positive behaviour and social interaction
Assist in the organisation of nursery routines such as meal times, naps, and outdoor play
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements

Experience

Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising or mentoring team members
Extensive experience working directly with children in early childhood environments
Strong background in childcare practices aligned with early childhood education standards
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Valid driving licence is desirable for transporting children or attending external activities

This role is ideal for a motivated professional committed to fostering young children's growth through expert management and nurturing care. Applicants should possess relevant nursery experience, childcare qualifications at Level 3 or above, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
