Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-time Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in various office software. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining smooth administrative processes, ensuring effective communication, and assisting with day-to-day tasks within our team.

Duties

Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
Managing incoming emails and correspondence
Data entry and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Organising files, documents, and office supplies to ensure easy accessibility
Supporting scheduling and calendar management for team members
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Providing general administrative support to staff as needed

Skills

Office experience or administrative background
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
