Location: Right Car Beverley, Beck View Road, Beverley, East Yorkshire. HU17 OJT

Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry? Right Car Beverley are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in the motor trade, then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and co-ordinate service activity in order to meet customer requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and profitability.
Ensure customers are completely satisfied with the service provided.
Workshop loading.
Creating accurate job cards and invoices for the work carried out.
Able to track workshop jobs and provide updates.
Advising customers regarding repair and VHC advisories.
Understanding customer concerns and needs.

Essential:

Good standard of education with qualifications in Maths and English.
Excellent IT skills in all MS Office packages, internet and email.
Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent customer service/people skills.
Polite, calm and approachable persona.
Must be a team player.
Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision.
Must have flexible 'can do' approach.
Full UK driving license.

Desirable:

Proven experience in a customer service or customer facing role - Ideally previous dealership experience.

Experience:

Motor Trade: Minimum 2 years (preferred but not essential)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
