Join Our Growing Team!

We're a friendly, ambitious, and growing independent bodyshop in Crewe looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our close-knit team.

If you take pride in producing high-quality finishes, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Our work is varied, ranging from minor bumper repairs and SMART repairs through to full vehicle resprays, so no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing vehicles and panels ready for paint
Sanding, masking, and priming panels
Mixing paint using a spectrophotometer
Applying high-quality paint finishes, including metallics, pearls, and three-stage pearl systems
Inspecting completed work to ensure the highest standards
Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment
Excellent preparation and spraying skills
A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
Pride in producing first-class work
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

What We Offer

Competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000, depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
No weekend work
Optional overtime available
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
