Skin Therapist – Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and client-focused Skin Therapist to join our growing CQC-regulated aesthetic clinic. This role is ideal for someone passionate about skin health, advanced aesthetic treatments, and delivering exceptional patient care within a luxury clinical environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring every patient receives outstanding service throughout their treatment journey. You will perform a range of advanced skin and laser treatments while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic and maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced skin and aesthetic treatments to the highest clinical standard
- Carry out thorough patient consultations and provide tailored treatment recommendations
- Perform treatments including:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Skin Peels
- Microneedling / Skin Needling
- Dermaplaning
- LED Light Therapy
- Radiofrequency and IPL treatments
- Educate patients on skincare protocols, aftercare, and treatment plans
- Promote treatment packages, skincare products, and clinic services
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage retention and repeat business
- Ensure accurate treatment documentation and patient records are maintained in line with CQC standards
- Process bookings, payments, and treatment plans efficiently
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, infection control, and health & safety standards throughout the clinic
- Support stock control and ordering of clinic supplies
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and general clinic operations
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently
- Represent the clinic professionally at events and promotional activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies
- Adhere to all company policies, CQC regulations, and clinical protocols
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Laser qualification (Level 3/4)
- Previous experience within an aesthetic, skin, or laser clinic environment
- Experience performing laser hair removal and advanced facial treatments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong retail and consultation skills with confidence working towards targets
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Passion for skin health and patient care
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Flexible and proactive approach to work

- Experience with systems and brands such as:
- Alma Laser
- Obagi Medical
- BTL
- Dermalux
- Medical-grade skin peels
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- Health & Safety and COSHH training
- Experience within a CQC-regulated clinic
- Ability to contribute ideas for clinic growth, promotions, and patient experience
