About The Role

To deliver fully integrated marketing communications to achieve commercial goals or project KPIs.

Key Duties

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across all marketing channels in collaboration with channel specialists; digital, social and PR.
Research and liaise with media owners to identify best media options to achieve campaign goals.
Develop campaign timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Marketing & Content Creation

Developing content ideas and copy for marketing activity and channels such as email, website, affiliate channels, advertorial, events and sales team briefings
Supporting success of home events in person

Marketing Coordination

Coordinate marketing activities across all stakeholders to ensure all teams are aligned and informed.
Ensure all stakeholders have the assets, information, approvals, and support required to deliver campaigns successfully.
Work with the designer to ensure all artwork and marketing assets are developed to specification and delivered to media owners as required.
Liaise with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to ensure projects are executed to plan.
Organise regular campaign planning meetings and monitor progress against agreed actions.

Competitor Monitoring & Analysis

Stay abreast of local competitor market for all homes across the estate.

Budget & Planning

Obtain supplier quotations, manage purchase orders and payment recharges in partnership with the finance team.
Track campaign costs and report on budget performance.

About You

Experience

1-2 years marketing experience in service and hospitality or care sector.
Experience in operational, multi-site business required.
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
