Additionally, we operate a training academy offering internationally recognised ITEC qualifications in various beauty and holistic courses.
Summary

We are seeking a mature experienced friendly and organised Part-time Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and professional training.
Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service.
Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using relevant software.
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Support the team as needed.
Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Proven office or administrative experience.
Proven reception experience.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly personality with a professional attitude.
Availability for part-time hours as required.

Hours available Wednesday 9.30-2.00pm, Thursday 9.30-8.00pm, Saturday 9.30-5.00pm Holiday cover.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
