Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Waitress, Waiter, or Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure a memorable dining experience, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately while providing menu recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets company standards.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations throughout shifts.
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in setting up dining areas before service and clearing after closing.
Address guest queries courteously, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic food preparation techniques is desirable.
Familiarity with serving techniques, guest services, and upselling strategies will be beneficial.
Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as kitchens or culinary settings is a plus but not essential. This role offers an engaging work environment where you can enhance your hospitality skills while providing excellent service to our guests.
