Planning Coordinator
Location: Remote with occasional travel to the Bradford office
Contract: 37.5 hours per week | Permanent
Salary: £32,000 per annum

If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Asset Strategy and Sustainability Team as a Planning Coordinator.
In this role, You'll help coordinate Planned Works Programmes, produce meaningful performance reporting and work closely with colleagues and contractors to keep projects on track from planning through to delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the creation, coordination and maintenance of Planned Works Programmes from inception through to completion.
- Work collaboratively with Property Delivery Teams, contractors, finance and supply chain partners to develop effective programmes of work.
- Maintain accurate programme data across systems, ensuring information is reliable, current and suitable for reporting.
- Produce clear, accurate and timely management reports, including budgets, forecasts, KPI tracking and risk analysis.
- Support senior colleagues by identifying trends, risks and performance issues within programme data.
- Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timescales and in line with governance and approval processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and supporting enhancements to systems, processes and reporting tools.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the wider programme planning function as required.

You’ll also bring:
- Experience working within a programme coordination, planning or business support environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data management systems and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
