Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar/Floor Staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our guests. The position is ideal for those with a passion for hospitality, good communication skills, and a friendly demeanour. All roles are paid, including internship positions, ensuring fair compensation for your efforts.

Duties

Serve drinks and food to customers in a courteous and timely manner
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes and safety guidelines
Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a welcoming environment
Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience and address any queries or concerns

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Basic maths skills for handling bills, payments, and stock counts
Excellent time management to handle busy periods efficiently
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
Good organisational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace
