Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an exceptional Performance Video Editor to join the team at Your Marketing Partners.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's fastest-growing marketing agencies, creating high-performing video advertisements for an incredible range of clients, from ambitious eCommerce brands and lead generation businesses to well-known personal brands and A-list celebrities.

We're not looking for someone who simply makes videos look good.

We're looking for someone who understands that every edit has one purpose...

To stop the scroll, capture attention, and drive results.

If you're obsessed with storytelling, understand what makes people watch, and take pride in producing work that performs, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

As a Performance Video Editor, you'll be responsible for transforming raw client footage into high-converting advertising creatives across Meta platforms.

Working alongside our Creative Strategists and Customer Success Managers, your responsibilities will include:

Editing high-performing Facebook & Instagram advertisements
Creating UGC-style creatives
Editing VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
Producing short-form content for Reels
Editing talking-head videos and client testimonials
Adding motion graphics, captions, sound design and visual effects where appropriate
Delivering multiple creative variations for testing
Managing feedback efficiently and implementing revisions quickly
Ensuring every edit meets our quality standards and deadlines

This is a creative execution role focused entirely on producing exceptional advertising creatives that generate results.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already has experience editing performance-focused video content.

Software doesn't matter.

Whether you use Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut or another editing platform, what matters most is the quality of your work.

The ideal candidate demonstrates:

A deep understanding of direct-response advertising
Excellent storytelling ability
Outstanding attention to detail
Fast turnaround times without compromising quality
The ability to take feedback professionally and implement it quickly
Strong organisation and time management
A marketing-first mindset rather than a purely creative one
