Full job description

MediServices Healthcare is looking for an experienced and highly proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Managing Director, Chief Executive and Board.

This is not a traditional PA role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates what is needed, keeps priorities moving and ensures actions are followed through to completion.

You will manage complex diaries and meetings, coordinate Board packs and governance activity, track actions and deadlines, support strategic projects and act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders. The role also includes leading the day-to-day coordination and smooth running of our Head Office.

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly proactive and able to think several steps ahead
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
Calm, discreet and credible with senior stakeholders
A strong communicator with excellent written skills
Comfortable taking ownership and constructively chasing actions when needed
Focused on delivering completed, high-quality work

You will need substantial experience supporting senior executives or a Board, together with the judgement, confidence and initiative to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Head Office Redditch / hybrid working as agreed

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
