About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman/woman to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. This role offers an opportunity to utilise technical expertise while contributing to the smooth operation of our organisation.

Responsibilities

General property maintenance and repairs
Basic plumbing and electrical work
Painting and decorating
Carpentry and joinery repairs
Fitting fixtures and fittings
Diagnosing maintenance issues
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
To contact the line manager of any issues that may arise

Requirements

Proven handyman or maintenance experience
Good knowledge of general building regulations
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Good problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence required
Own tools required
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Take and send photo evidence for job completion
