Job Function:

To assist the Finance team in the smooth and efficient financial management of the business through transactional accuracy.

Duties:

Posting and allocation of daily bank receipts
Cash Book update and reconciliation
Cash flow forecast update
Upload of sales invoices to confidential invoice discounting system.
Netsuite input of Cash Book Payments
Coding of overhead invoices
Netsuite upload of overhead invoices
Suggested weekly payment of suppliers
Supplier statement reconciliations
Validate and approve employee expense submissions
Manage submission and approval of company credit card expenses and business mileage submissions
Confidential invoice discounting reconciliation
Multi-currency bank and cash reconciliations
Training

Abilities & Skills:

Accounting Technician Qualification (AAT) - minimum level 3
A strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements with recent experience in a similar role.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and well organised
Able to develop effective relationships with work colleagues
Oracle Netsuite or similar experience desirable. 
Competent IT skills, confident user of Microsoft excel with strong data manipulation skills
Highest standards and levels of accuracy, numeracy and literacy skills.
Candidate must be resilient and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced finance environment. They should also be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Redditch B98 9PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work authorisation:

United Kingdom (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Redditch B98 9PA
