Full job description

About us:

FerryFast Produce Ltd has been established for over 40 years and is one of the UK’s leading fresh produce suppliers. We provide high-quality fruit and vegetables nationwide to wholesale markets, the catering industry, and large-scale processors. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for Full-Time Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding team.

Working Hours:

Sunday to Friday and Sunday to Thursday on alternate weeks
Sunday: 6:00am until finish
Monday to Friday: 11:00am until finish

You should also be able to work overtime when required.

Ability to work over time

Duties include:-

Pick and pack orders within a refrigerated warehouse
Experience in warehouse operations, including handling products and some heavy lifting.
Unloading/loading lorries
Work effectively as part of a team
To keep work areas clean and tidy.
To maintain high levels of health and safety standards
To be communicative between supervisors and managers
Reasonable level of physical fitness as the job involves walking all day and heavy lifting up to 25kg.
