Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a passion for beauty and skincare, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to client satisfaction. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Perform various aesthetic procedures, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and other non-invasive cosmetic services.
Provide personalised consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their visit.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality.
Accurately record client details and treatment information in accordance with company policies.
Promote additional services or products where appropriate to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in makeup application and aesthetic treatments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members.
A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of care.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal development within the beauty industry.
