Full job description

We are a luxury dog hotel based in the beautiful countryside, offering premium daycare, grooming, and boarding services for dogs.

We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional five-star care to both our dogs and their owners.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and rewarding role working closely with dogs in a safe, caring, and professional environment. No two days are the same — from supervising play sessions and supporting grooming appointments to welcoming customers and maintaining our high standards throughout the facility.

You must be flexible with hours, including weekends and holiday periods, to meet the needs of our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities

Providing attentive daily care for dogs staying in daycare and boarding
Supervising dogs with a range of temperaments, breeds, ages, and individual needs
Assisting with bathing, grooming preparation, and general coat care
Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment to five-star standards
Feeding, exercising, and monitoring the wellbeing of all dogs in our care
Building positive relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service
Checking dogs in and out for daycare and boarding
Supporting the team with cleaning duties, laundry, sanitisation, and general upkeep
Following health, safety, and animal welfare procedures at all times

A genuine love of dogs and confidence handling different breeds and behaviours
Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and approachable manner with customers & team members
Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
Reliable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team
