Customer Service Executive: Join a fast-growing food startup

We're a small, ambitious team building something exciting, and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to become the voice of our brand. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced startup where your work has a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
Help customers with orders, subscriptions, deliveries, and product questions.
Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, always aiming to provide an outstanding experience.
Process refunds, exchanges, account updates, and other customer requests accurately.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM and internal systems.
Work closely with the operations and fulfilment teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring customer problems and suggest improvements to our products, processes, or service.
Stay up to date with our products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

What we're looking for

Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential—we value attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
Experience using CRM or customer support software is a bonus, but we'll provide training.
