Job Title: Event Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for one reliable and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our team at events and promotional activities in Birmingham.

You will help ensure events run smoothly, support attendees, and provide a friendly and professional experience while representing our organisation.

Responsibilities:

Assist with event activities in Birmingham
Welcome and support event attendees
Help with event set-up and organisation
Provide information and answer questions
Support the team with general event duties
Help create a positive and professional event experience

Requirements:

Friendly and confident approach
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working with the public
Previous events, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
