Job Overview

This position is for a Secretary In the Residential Property Management sector to ensure that things run smoothly in the office. The type of duties that you will be under taking are as follows:

Taking care of Clients enquiries ( On the phone or in the Office Environment)
Maintaining an efficient and well-organised filing system
Taking care of all correspondence, including telephone calls & emails
Screening documents, booking appointments and taking messages
Maintaining general company records
Creating and proofreading documents and drafting emails
Good with the public ( Out going personality )
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong typing and data entry skills
